Limeridge Neighborhood in Concord, CA

Why I love Limeridge?

Limeridge is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Concord. First off, you can't go wrong with any home backing to the Lime Ridge Open Space. My love for this neighborhood all started back when I helped an awesome young couple purchase a home in Limeridge. The day I handed my clients the keys, we were talking in the front yard, multiple neighbors walked over to introduce themselves. We probably talked out front for like an hour, and during that time we saw numerous neighbors going for a walk either as a family, a couple, or with their dog. Pretty sure everyone said hi and had a smile on their face.

This well established neighborhood is a true gem, and continues to attract interest to buyers looking to be in Concord. Not to mention, is assigned to Walnut Creek Schools, which is a huge plus! It is a great place to live for those wanting to drive home to a warm and inviting neighborhood assigned to better schools, but not having to pay Walnut Creek pricing. Do make sure to check out Limeridge in Concord, CA. It is one neighborhood that you definitely do not want to miss.
