My favorite unit is the 3bedroom 2 bathroom two story townhouse. Here's why...First off, there are few townhouse options in the East Bay that offer 3 bedrooms, 2 baths (One being downstairs), Laundry in unit, a fireplace, patio, and covered parking directly behind, in addition to street parking all for around $370k or less. Two bedroom units are usually under $300k. This particular community is also just a short drive to freeway access (Big plus for those who have to commute daily).
